All former employee W-2’s will be mailed by January 31st each year to your last known home address.
All current employee W-2’s will be delivered to their respective office and will be handed out to each individual employee.
If you need a W-2 reprint* from Promark Research, please send a self addressed, stamped envelope (SASE) to:

*Please allow two weeks for processing and delivery.
Detailed instructions on sending a SASE:
You’ll need two envelopes, a piece of paper, two stamps, and a pen.
On the piece of paper, write your name and social security number.
Insert this piece of paper into envelope #1.
On envelope #1 (see diagram), write your name and address.
Attach a US Postage stamp in the upper right hand corner of envelope #1.
***DO NOT SEAL THIS ENVELOPE!***
On envelope #2 (see diagram), write our address, as follows:

Attach a US Postage stamp in the upper right hand corner of envelope #2.
Fold the unsealed envelope #1 so that it can be inserted into envelope #2.
Insert the unsealed envelope #1 into envelope #2 and seal envelope #2.
Mail envelope #2 to us.
Once we receive your mail, we will open envelope #2 and discard it. We’ll use envelope #1 to mail your W-2 copy to you.
